<\/span><\/p>\n Jes\u00fas se dedica a la pr\u00e1ctica del derecho migratorio principalmente a la obtenci\u00f3n de visas para residente temporal y permanente, obtenci\u00f3n de visas para personas de pa\u00edses con restricciones incluyendo su asistencia en el puerto de entrada, obtenci\u00f3n de visas para personas que viven en M\u00e9xico y que necesitan visitar otros pa\u00edses. Su pr\u00e1ctica incluye la asistencia a familias en asuntos relacionados a su estado migratorio en M\u00e9xico, como preparar la documentaci\u00f3n para menores que viajan solos fuera de M\u00e9xico. Tambi\u00e9n da asesor\u00eda a empresas sobre los requisitos legales y documentaci\u00f3n que deben tener disponible cuando tienen empleados extranjeros.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Jes\u00fas da asistencia a los extranjeros en su reubicaci\u00f3n dentro de M\u00e9xico, con la obtenci\u00f3n de las aprobaciones del Instituto Nacional de Migraci\u00f3n donde la persona, y su familia, ser\u00e1 reubicada.<\/span> Jes\u00fas tambi\u00e9n se dedica la pr\u00e1ctica del de la Propiedad Intelectual. Por 30 a\u00f1os su pr\u00e1ctica incluye la obtenci\u00f3n de patentes, marcas y registro de derechos de autor, dar asesor\u00eda a los clientes en la comprobaci\u00f3n de uso de sus marcas, litigio y acciones legales relacionadas con infracciones a la propiedad intelectual. Jes\u00fas da la asesor\u00eda y representa a clientes en la negociaci\u00f3n, preparaci\u00f3n y registro de los contratos de licencia de uso.
