Adalberto is head of the litigation department at F&E, managing it since 2001, with over 28 years of experience in Court. As head of the litigation practice, he oversees and supervises civil, commercial, white-collar crimes of fraud and embezzlement of assets, as well as administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Environmental Protection, The Environmental Protection Agency, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, the Mexican Social Security Institute, as well as federal appeals before district and circuit courts of the country.

Adalberto has represented various clients, acting as both plaintiff and defendant in several commercial arbitration proceedings presented before arbitration panels designated in accordance with the Uncitral and Mexico City Chamber of Commerce’s rules.
