Alejandra focuses her practice on advising companies and individuals on tax and administrative matters. She has experience in international tax consulting and international trade attending the needs of the client, she analyzes strategies for the import and export of merchandise and the establishment of foreign trade programs.

Likewise, Alejandra collaborates in the corporate area, assisting clients in reviewing contracts and corporate operations, formation of companies, preparation and amendments of bylaws and restructuring operations.
