Alejandro has more than 17 years of experience in tax litigation in various federal government agencies.

His participation is particularly noteworthy in the Tax Administration Service (Central Administration of Litigation of Large Taxpayers and Central Administration of Litigation of Hydrocarbons), as Head Department and Deputy Administrator of Litigation, in the defense of the acts issued by such tax authorities.

Likewise, he was State Subdelegate for the Procuraduría de la Defensa del Contribuyente, in the State of Chihuahua, supervising and directing the defense strategies of taxpayers against the acts of the federal tax and customs authorities.

Lastly, he participated as Head of the Litigation Department of the Legal Services Office of the Southern Delegation of the Federal District of the Mexican Institute of Social Security, supervising and directing the strategies for the defense of the acts issued by said Institute, as well as in the resolution of the appeals filed against the acts issued by the Institute and its operational bodies.
