Alexandra joined the firm in 2016, her practice primarily focuses on advising local and foreign companies and investors on the incorporation, organization, and start-up of their Mexican subsidiaries and new companies. She also advises clients on all corporate governance and compliance matters regarding corporate documentation, authorizations and permits to operate in Mexico, including the setting up of mechanisms and procedures for proper corporate record maintenance. She actively provides legal advice and assistance to companies in all stages of mergers and acquisitions. 

Alexandra also has experience and knowledge in the real estate industry, advising and assisting clients with title search studies and general due diligence for the purchase of land, as well as the negotiation of construction and financing agreements, lease and build-to-suit agreements, design, construction, supervision, architecture and engineering agreements, and maintenance agreements. 
Alexandra also has developed an expertise in notarial practice for our clients, managing and supervising the preparation of all notarial deeds including drafting of powers of attorney granted abroad to be utilized in Mexico, pursuant to the Protocol on Uniformity of Powers of Attorney Which are to be Utilized Abroad approved in the Seventh International Conference of American States.
