Andrea joined the firm in 2016, her practice is primarily focused on cross border transactions, with a particular emphasis on foreign investment, review and drafting agreements, particularly services agreements, as well as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, antitrust, maquiladora industry, and real estate law. Andrea routinely assists international clients with the establishment of subsidiaries in Mexico.
Andrea specializes in all types of specialized services agreements including but not limited to security, transportation of personnel, cafeteria, cleaning, software, waste management, medical and distribution agreements.
