Astrid focuses her practice primarily in employment and labor law, specializing in providing legal counsel on labor law, compliance to local and multinational clients, as well as advice on the employment law implications in commercial transactions. Astrid also actively litigates individual and collective labor lawsuits before State Courts, directing and coordinating all trial preparations for each of the labor cases and preparing specific litigation strategies.

Astrid also represents clients in civil, commercial, and criminal actions including white-collar crimes of fraud and embezzlement of assets. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases arising from agreements, commercial transactions, and crimes committed by employees of our clients such as theft, damages, and fraud. She also represents clients in various administrative procedures, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, and due diligence projects.
