Emiliano focuses on the firm’s administrative and energy law practice, advising various national and international companies in their activities in the energy sector. Emiliano also participates in the corporate area, assisting clients in all types of corporate transactions such as corporate governance, amendments to corporate bylaws, sales and purchases, and financial transactions.

Likewise, Emiliano participates in litigations related to activities in the energy sector and administrative law.
