Estefanía currently works in the firm’s Sports Law and corporate practice, advising clients in the incorporation of companies, the maintenance of corporate books and corporate compliance, helping our clients to prevent, detect, resolve and measure risks due to non-compliance with the law. In addition, Estefania has extensive experience in powers of attorney, transfer and sale of shares and partnership interests, as well as in the drafting and review of civil and commercial agreements, leasing, transportation, purchase and real estate agreements.
