Jaime Morales currently works in the criminal practice of the Firm, advising and representing clients in this area, specializing in criminal tax, financial as well as criminal liability derived from Public Service.

Graduated from Universidad del Valle de Mexico Law School where he obtained his law degree in 1992.

Postgraduate studies in Criminal Law, (specialty) Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Derecho Penal, in 1999.

Training in tax and criminal tax law. Automated Tax Diploma, Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, October 1996 to November 1997.

Academia

He has been Professor of Tax Crimes at the National Institute of Criminal Sciences (INACIPE).

Professor of Tax Law and Foreign Trade at Universidad Quetzalcoatl in Irapuato.
