Oscar focuses his legal practice on civil, commercial, tax and labor litigation, representing various national and international companies in trial, as well as providing specialized advice on labor law, social security and training and coaching.  

In tax and administrative matters, Oscar has represented several companies in court in the nullification of unjustly imposed fines. In addition, Oscar has extensive experience in assisting clients in tax audits, review of audit reports, as well as in the design and implementation of efficient tax structures that comply with tax provisions in domestic and international transactions.
