Sergio Daniel focuses his practice mainly on the branch of tax and criminal administrative law.

He has experience in criminal law derived from having served as a legal liaison for the Medical Area of the North Men’s Preventive Prison, performing administrative functions; as well as the preparation of appeals by the Human Rights Commission of Mexico City. In addition to having completed his social service in the Decentralized Investigation Prosecutor’s Office of Cuauhtémoc 2.
